If an entity like a school board hires professional recruiters/head hunters, that is usually enough diligence in terms of creating the short list. The fact is, they did the diligence and somehow, after the fact, this other stuff comes out. I tend to believe the right wing media is overhyping the story and circumstances, for example the "gun charge" is a very minor thing that shouldn't even be considered a charge, and yet, those second amendment loving right wingers blow it out of proportion.[/quote]
