Could they have?  Are we know cIaiming that the absence of a past genocide is proof that that a current genocide has no intent?

How do the acts of Kahanist terrorism fit into this theory?  When "settlers" burned a baby alive in front of their parents did that not count?  When the current Minister of National Security, a convicted terrorist in charge of the police, danced around at a wedding with a picture of the dead baby theatrically stabbing the piece of paper with joyous ferver, did that not count?

When Israel deliberately bombs one of the oldest chruches in the world, when Israel deliberately attacks UN peacekeepers from Ireland and deliberately kills American NGOs is that all part of this "just genocide"?[/quote]
