Sent resume and crazy good cover letter (not AI) directly to the HR contact via email. Offer from VP in 12 hours. He loves the job, his employees, and the management team. No cubicle life for him. He and his small team facilitated 1 million in 3 months. This isn’t a sales position. His team are not sales people. Not a finance company. It’s more like consultant management. Clients, old and young, come to them for the fun. The space is literally a playground for all.
