[/quote] I think it is even ruder to take your garbage to an apartment complex and dump it in their dumpster! Doing so is illegal since you are not a resident there and have zero right to utilize the trash facilities there. The management is paying for the trash pickup services on behalf of its tenants >> not the public. The apartment dumpsters are not a free for all! I cannot believe people think this is an acceptable manner to go on private property and unload personal rubbish!!?[/quote]
