You may have seen, or been referred to, this policy already, but you might want to take a look.  It may give you some idea as to how many kids FCPS might try to move out of the current Haycock AAP center without providing for much "stakeholder input."  It seems like if the percentage of students being moved out of Haycock, or to another school, was more than 15%, there would need to be some process for the affected school communities to express their views.
