Maintenance means getting appliances regularly serviced and replacing them in a timely manner, addressing defects promptly, and keeping a property clean and in good working order. It does not mean replacing the 2014 era cabinets with new ones because trends have shifted from all white kitchens to navy blue kitchens. If you want a new build just go buy a new build. It will cost you more. Suck it up.[/quote]
