Why are all the prepared foods and bakery section baked goods at Whole Foods full of palm oil and canola oil? Pure garbage.
UGH hate this!! and their hot bar is THE WORST with this! ugh, please just stop with the seed oils. i will pay more for food cooked in olive or avocado oil.
Same for Starbucks, Panera, and Costco. But you expect pricy Whole Foods to be higher end and avoid that junk. But look at the labels — EVERYTHING in the Whole Foods prepared food, bread, and bakery section has junk seed oils in it.
yup i am very aware. only drink drip coffee at starbucks. i never go to panera. costco i shop on the perimeter- they DO have a few non seed oil things there :) i bake my own bread bc i cannot with the store bought that is full of chemicals and seed oils
