I'd worry about seed oils if I weren't already so full of microplastics. Now nothing can destroy me so I can eat all the seed oils I want.[/quot

Trying to avoid seed oils and HFCS is not some outlandish thing. Seed oils and HFCS are bottom of the barrel products to fatten margins at the expense of our health. Why would “healthy” Whole Foods put this garbage in all their foods? Use butter and olive oil.

UGH hate this!! and their hot bar is THE WORST with this! ugh, please just stop with the seed oils. i will pay more for food cooked in olive or avocado oil.
Same for Starbucks, Panera, and Costco. But you expect pricy Whole Foods to be higher end and avoid that junk. But look at the labels — EVERYTHING in the Whole Foods prepared food, bread, and bakery section has junk seed oils in it.
