Was it great he was peeing in public? No. Is it worth any drama or second thought? Again...no.
Damn people. Get a life.
No. In civilized countries, women and children should not be subjected to this.
Urination happens. Men need to plan for it.
Blah blah. It was gross what the man was doing. It is insane to think about it, post it, and advocate for sexual indecency charge. Huge overreaction from OP and other posters.

OP could have ignored it and went on his way, but he had to make it a thing, so it became a thing when the man turned around.
I know you're just an ignorant troll, but that isn't what the law thinks. If your junk is visible in public you are guilty of indecent exposure. Have fun with a sex offense conviction on your record.
Nobody is getting an indecent exposure charge for urinating in public. If it was actually in OP’s front yard, as they state, there might be something.

It’s not okay to pee in a person’s yard. This is common sense. There is no further discussion needed other than this.

I have a picture of him, his car, and his license plate but I cant seem to be able to report him unless I open an account with Lyft. My daughter was with me and she saw his junk when he turned around so he also technically exposed himslef to a minor. I'm thinking about calling FCPD.
Where do you report this to Lyft?
It’s interesting that you don’t count yourself as a “victim” of exposure to a glimpse of his penis, but ONLY your daughter.
That’s super sexist. As though you think your daughter is so fragile that she would be harmed by the sight of a penis, but YOU of course are invincible to such things. That’s seriously F’d up.
Plus, if your daughter is in her mid/late teens, the odds are astronomical that this was not the first penis she’s ever seen in-person.
You sound terrible. You have no idea how awful unwelcome public flashing is for girls.
Omg it wasn’t a public flashing! Why can’t you have normal conversations about normal body parts.
PSA on how and when not to use your normal body parts:
Man with his normal body parts enters victim's front yard, where he was not invited (misdemeanor trespass), intending to and actually committing public urination (in most places, a class C misdemeanor), which means now he has committed criminal trespass, and then with reckless disregard, knowingly exposes his normal body parts, specifically his penis, to a woman and child (indecent exposure).
So yes, he committed three crimes because of where, when and how he chose to pee.
Here is the legal definition: https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/indecent_exposure
and here is how urinating in public, itself an offense, may rise to the level of indecent exposure:

Restaurant, store, mall, gas station. Park bathroom. It is pretty easy to find a public restroom to use. And this is a Lyft driver which means a person who picks thier own schedule. It’s not like you can argue that thier mgt is tracking them and pressuring the to not take breaks.

I watched the first part of it, because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Once I realized what she was doing, I turned away. I guess she had to go!!
To OP, I think you have a legit gripe. If Lyft driver wasn’t trapped in traffic, I’m sure he could have found somewhere a little more private than your front yard.
