Again, I say all this as someone who has always HATED yogurt. But plain Greek yogurt is so high in easy protein that I forced myself to figure out a solution. Glad I did. Next project: Figuring out how to work in cottage cheese. My doctor said it’s another fantastic source of low carb, low calorie protein. Looking at it completely grosses me out (curds 🤮) but I’m hoping to just dump it in a blender without looking and combine it with something that makes it palatable. Sweet? Savory?
