Also, the only way SS works is if you have more people in the workforce to pay for the older generation retiring. Nobody wants to be Japan or Russia which will see their populations decline significantly by 2100. Heck, even China is realizing it’s one child policy is a debacle and is expected to see a nearly 60% population decline within 75 years. There is a collective and national security interest in having a growing population. There isn’t in that population owning multiple homes.[/quote]
