+1. Gen X started the changes in the workforce that put more women there and made the policies to keep them. They also had the courage to opt out of the workforce to raise their kids if they wanted to (men and women), and didn't care what the late boomers had to say about that.

Govt can pay for my 2 houses if it is going to pay for your 2 kids. After all it is expensive to pay for one house, let alone two.
