Wake has a VERY strong country-club vibe (very white, literally walled off).  That obviously appeals to some kids but my DD was super turned off from the second we pulled in to the campus...wanted to leave after the info session but we stayed for the tour.  Hated it even more after that.

That's what I meant by conservative, I was just being polite.  For an ultra liberal like pp said to like no diversity Wake is suspicious. [/quote]
