The difference b/t then and now is that House and Senate were under Democratic control. IDK what will happen with a split legislature. I lack confidence in the House GOP to make the right calls.[/quote]

PP here. I'm fairly paranoid and I think the House will certify a Biden win if that happens. There will be some dissenters (or whatever you want to call them) but I think a lot of these folks are true Trump believers and will abide by the Electoral College results. The other part of that is that this is not 2000 and no one is going to fold. This will go into litigation and I am pretty certain no one wants that. Because the likelihood of violence goes up exponentially then.[/quote]
