Yea, this is one of those cases where you need to read the fine print:

[/b]  [I would venture to guess that the low cost allows for a higher graduation rate, which is good, obviously, but doesn't necessarily speak to the quality of the education.}

In pre-K through high school, Florida excelled (ranked 5th) in college readiness and finished 12th in preschool enrollment. [b]But other scores were more middling, with the graduation rate ranked 19th, and 8th grade reading and math scores at 21st and 32nd places.[/b] [/quote]
