I’m not at McLean and my son’s Club has many issues but the coaches speak to each other, watch games and training before and after their teams. Follow the best players progress. A good Club is all in to help a player get scouted and get to College. It’s good for the Club. And honestly as bitter as I can get sometimes it’s part of why coaches are coaching. It’s not easy.
