I’m one of these people. I can read or these types of scenes but usually have to look away from them. It’s almost physically painful. I found that it got worse after I had my first child and never went back.

I actually enjoy reading summaries of horror movies because I’m never able to watch them. The Silence of the Lambs is one of my favorite movies, but I know exactly when I have to look away or go get a snack. [/quote]

That is true. I can't watch bloody action movies or horror movies.

I don't mind Shogun for some reason. I think it is historically accurate and not too graphic.[/quote]
