[/quote] As a long time Payne parent, I can say all grades have great teachers, but the older grades are some of the strongest, which I know isn't always the case. They have also gotten recognition for doing a better job than other schools in achievement across all sub groups (still a lot of growth across all schools in DCPS). But they are both good options, I have heard great things about LT too.[/quote]
