By going forward with the merger, McLean risks alienating all of its existing coaches - and any current players who don’t want to lose their coach. If there are some BRAVE coaches that Mclean likes (yeah, uh…) they will all be available soon.

Kill the merger, post the coaching lineup, and ID session dates ASAP or risk losing current coaches and talent.

Wishful thinking but it’s ecnl forcing two clubs with issues to merge. No backing out at this point. Any near term collateral damage will be overcome in the long term or through additional mergers. If that doesn’t sound like a real businesspeople running things then you don’t know business.[/quote]

Did McLean get played, or have they declined in a way its families just aren’t ready to acknowledge?  Whether in a business or a futbol context, a true bottom dweller never takes down a true titan. Which is more likely, Brave being substantially better than we thought or McLean being substantially worse than we thought? [/quote]
