My 13 yo daughter is a size women’s 10/12 almost 6’ with DD breasts and there’s no way she’d leave the house dressed like that. Most of those dresses wouldn’t even fit her body type if she wanted them to. It’s fine if you have an undeveloped or underdeveloped body at that age and it still looks little girlish. When a 14 year old has the body of a 25 year old though skimpy and tight is NOT the kind of dress they should be wearing.
