I was thinking the same thing. What recent issues has the Key School had? When I think of Annapolis private schools, I think of Key.[/quote]

They could control it by paying fair salaries. When I moved to the area with 10 years of teaching experience, a master's degree plus 20 credits and certification in multiple content areas, I was offered a position at Key and was shocked at the number. Basically, they offered me a first-year teacher's salary. Even after they budged a little, their offer was still $20K less than the next offer I got from another private in the area.[/quote]
