Since starting they have been life changing. The days I forget them I truly have trouble concentrating. I do believe some people use it as an excuse, and I see a lot of that here with husbands who don't engage with their families ("maybe they have adhd"????) I tried so hard to be organized and not be forgetful, and it wasn't a choice for me. [/quote]
