I hear it.[/quote]m For a long time DMV because the metropolis surrounding it has swelled to over 7 million. DC is the heart of DMV in my opinion but the legal and arms are important too! If WV was part of DMV it would have to be changed to DMVWV. Not just geographically but culturally and politically, WV really does not feel part of this metropolis. [/quote]
