She ended up visiting 2 and not even applying to the other. She applied to 18 schools, most of which cared about demonstrated interest, targeted the ones that cared and made sure to do a virtual tour, see them if they came to her school, read their emails and interact with their website, and attend online events for some. She got into almost all of the schools. It’s not that hard and it is not expensive.[/quote]
