Then you take 2 days, your spouse takes two days or you hire a caregiver for your kids.  It's part of being a parent.  Maybe you should take less vacation and have that available for your kids.  Or, maybe don't have kids if you aren't willing to take care of them.[/quote]
You can’t schedule vacation time the same morning. Can’t afford a caregiver, and no spouse. Fact is, I have kids.[/quote]

Sick leave is different from vacation and that can be schedule same day.  Then, you have to reach out to friends, family or community.  Its unfair to make many others sick because you refuse to stay home with your kids and not use your leave for when they are sick.[/quote]
