Volunteer fire/EMS, auxiliary/reserve police or sheriff's deputy. Many more men than women in both the volunteer and the paid populations, and you get to do something meaningful.
I have male family members who are in the EMS/Fire service, and while I love them, I have to say that the typical firehouse is a toxic, misogynist, racist, conservative political dumpster fire. Fox News is on 24/7 in the lounge and even nice guys who enter this service are eventually influenced negatively by the toxic environment. I have met many of their EMS friends, and I would say 10% are not toxic and normal guys I would date, and only then the younger ones. By the time they are in their 50s, the toxic environment has had a long influence. TBH, also a good percentage of these guys are not very smart. Foe some women, that may not matter.
This is stereotyping. Cultures vary. You could probably say the same of many blue-collar occupations. These specific occupations tend towards the blue collar, but in recent decades more and more applicants present with higher educational credentials. As with all careers, some people are ambitious and develop or have the credentials to advance professionally, while others are content to remain at the journeyman level. The former typically possess higher levels of education than the latter, but there may be suitable potential partners in either group. And, the volunteer cadres are often better educated and more sophisticated; their primary careers are often white-collar.
