So, like I said, stretching to around $800k can get you in a good house in a good neighborhood/district while being accessible to Tyson's.  You just have to make peace with the fact that you'll be living in a 1950s/60s build or you'll be close to a highway.[/quote]

We saw all four of those houses. I would classify them as dumps - they were bought by people who are going to spend $200K to renovate them.
