Being aware of wasted money is how many "stay rich", especially those who are only in the Top 5%+ (not the top 0.01%). Sure they can afford $5 coffee (heck it's $7 where I live for a 16oz black coffee), but they don't do it daily because they know they can make a weeks worth of better coffee at home for that price

It's egg, bread, and meat. The mcmuffin is fine (it's not the thing with the maple syrupe pancakes for a bun).
The problem is eating it exclusively without vegetables, which McD doesn't sell. Most people don't have veggies at breakfast.
