It isn’t like Kevin will stop acting and be the full time parent in their normal neighborhood.

No idea what is really fair here, but if I were him I’d at least offer to buy her a house , even if he keeps it in his name and just let’s her and the kids live there until the youngest is 18.  That would be a decent thing to do with very little cost to himself. [/quote]

Well stated, except he should just give her enough money to buy her own home, not stay in control of her housing and kick the can down the road a few years.[/quote]
