DC is not MoCo or CASA and temporary shelter is not “free housing” and a non profit helping people is more American than putting people in jail for immigrating.[/quote]

If they are not paying for this housing, whether temporary or permanent, it is free to them but not to thee.  And once you give people this free temporary housing it becomes damn near permanent because you can’t get them out. [/quote]

It’s a faster feedback loop than that nowadays.

Once you give free stuff, many types feel ENTITLED to it and MORE stuff.

Plus they pass the word down to south of the border. Calls, texts, FaceTime. 
Once the black market job money starts remitting that speaks loudly too. [/quote]
