Its not "euthanasia" to NOT spend 7 figures to keep alive a baby that is the size of a human hand alive and will likely go on to experience a whole host of issues. THIS (among other things) is why health insurance is unaffordable in this country. Because we are routinely keeping 750 gram micropreemies alive.

Okay well how about the people who want to pay for micro preemies pay into one health insurance pool and those of us who don't can pay into a different health insurance pool. Same for crazy expensive end of life care and cancer treatments that prolong someone's life by a month or two while making them very very sick. I'd like to be in the shared risk pool that DOESN'T pay for those things (and won't cover them for me or my loved ones either.)[/quote]
