I worked at one of the "bottom 3" APS elementary schools and we had the same problem, especially with tardiness due to driving long distances. I don't think this will have a huge impact though, people who are using a relative's address will continue to do so with this system. It might deter a couple people but others are committed to it[/quote]

If APS is serious about this, that should not be a possiblity; because the guardian's name must be on utility bill, etc.  Or how about the vehicle registration must be to the Arlington address used for the school system?
