It’s not mandatory anymore so why would people fill it out. Who really wants to give up their private health information if it’s not required. I was fine with filling out the form before it was voluntary. But since it’s voluntary and we are not going to have accurate counts I’m not doing it if my kid gets covid. What’s the purpose?[/quote]

Yes, thankfully we don’t live in China.  People could (or not) self-report when they wanted.  And opt out of testing in school, if desired.  Thank goodness. [/quote]
