Op says it was a joke. Sounds like boys jostling and one is probably bigger than the other. Little guy pushes big guy, big guy pushes back little guy goes flying and bumps his head. Oops it happens. Little guy got an unintentional clock cleaning and leans not to play fight with his big friend.
