Feel free to disregard the incalculable costs of rebuilding/restoring ongoing damage to Ukrainian infrastructure, a blockade interfering with trade in grain and other exports and the costs of a mounting a defensive war to protect territorial integrity against a terrorist state whose goal is to annihilate the Ukrainian people and its economy. Only an imbecile or malignant propagandist would even attempt to make the argument that Ukraine is part of some undefined, shadowy “empire.” Even Trump had to resort to attempting to extort Zelenskiy for political gain.
