Are you stuck in 19th century or something? Why do you ask people to call all the time?

When an application is received, why don't they acknowledge the receipt? Why don't they send updates to parents on processing status? Why don't they send an ETA for the decision on rejection or acceptance? What is stopping them from making decisions on the applications? All of these tasks can be automated in no time. Why do they waste so much time sending junk messages and emails about things that are irrelevant?

If you have any answers, go ahead and contribute. Why preach? Oh.. That makes you feel that you are better than other parent who is asking questions right? Yet, you have no idea what the questions are and what limitations do they have. Are you familiar with "compassion". If not, you can google and show some to one who is trying to find answers from other parents.[/quote]

How hard is it to call to follow up?   If you can take the time to post here you can call.  You are not asking questions someone can anwser.  We only know what you know from the website.  The website says they are working on it. [/quote]

You are assuming that person can speak. There is no forum that MCPS provides other than DCUM that is used by some to get answers.[/quote]
