When an application is received, why don't they acknowledge the receipt? Why don't they send updates to parents on processing status? Why don't they send an ETA for the decision on rejection or acceptance? What is stopping them from making decisions on the applications? All of these tasks can be automated in no time. You are assuming that person can speak. There is no forum that MCPS provides other than DCUM that is used by some to get answers.

There are groups for VA. No idea what you are talking about. MCPS does not provide any forums including this one. Its privately hosted.

If you cannot talk, then email. Or, go in person and write it down.
