How long will it take the Court to laugh that one out of the system?

They can if they choose. But it won't look good at all.

Frivolous lawsuits get thrown out all the time. Nobody pays any attention at all. The only people who will notice are people like you who have been duped by Ian Prior into believing LCPS is your boogeyman. Doubtful you even have kids in the system.

. Didn’t the DA try to ignore this once before? Kid has now been convicted because, of course, he attacked another girl after being secretly moved. Republican governor now, so clearly people paid attention.

That is very different then a law suit regarding a specific assault or harassment. Do you really think the court is going to accept a case based on the allegation of secret gender transitions, what does that even mean? LCPS is helping kids transition genders or forcing kids to transition without telling parents? LCPS is distributing porn? Where is the evidence that the county is promoting the distribution of porn?

The lawsuit is a farce. If those 11 parents are so concerned that they are filing that type of ridiculous law suit, they should find a nice conservative private school or homeschool their kids.

We’ll soon see. The schools are indeed providing what they consider to be ‘safe spaces’ and encouraging transition behind parents’ backs. Same schools can’t even give a Tylenol legally. That’s not the school’s job. I had a teacher friend who had the arrogance to tell me that when kids get to her school, the parents have no more say re: their kids. Legally, that’s just not true.
