Based on this article it seems like it’s a distribution problem as well, not only a monopoly problem. I think that’s a good thing. Government can resolve distribution problem relatively quickly. Needs the will to do so though. Monopoly problem can temporarily be alleviated by importing European and Canadian baby formula.[/quote]
