I have, and it seems as many of the units will use the existing hotels footprint. The number of units the developers are proposing is the same # of rooms the hotel had. So yes. Very small. And while I know that you think that you are being very cute with your comment re an old SRO hotel, many urban areas are changing their zoning to allow for more micro-apartments and condos, because of the dire need of affordable housing everywhere.
