[/quote] Sorry --- some of what you said is right. But not former world power. I think this is where people are losing their minds. We are the sole military and economic superpower. Someday we will not be as sure as water is wet but that day is a long way away. You saw Russia -- they are a competitor for France not the US. The EU combined is not a world power. That leaves China. It is just not likely they will eclipse us in any meaningful way. They may equal or pull a little ahead in some areas. Have to concede that could happen. It is just not likely that they will. Sorry stuck with the US for a few more decades.[/quote]
