I never used the word "only" to describe the housing costs. I said they cost around 200k. Someone else said the houses somewhere else were only 100k. You're right about #3. I do think those labels are tacky, but maybe inappropriate would be a better word when describing 30-something year olds wearing Juicy sweatsuits.
