They both said that they didn't receive any negative pushback from their peers or teachers (though my teenager's good friends did tease him, but he said not in a mean way, it was good natured - the same way that they're always busting each other's chops).

I have to admit that I am surprised that so maybe people were still masked at TJ - the science school - I would have thought that they would have a better understanding of the scientific data regarding COVID - but, to each his own, and certainly, everyone should do what makes them personally feel most comfortable.
