Don't be obtuse.  She's saying that that it's not automatic that a Christian is a Catholic.  She is not saying that Catholics are NOT Christian.[/quote

Catholics consider themselves to be Christians, which is fine.  Catholics simply do not represent all of Christianity.  In my personal view, the current Catholic Church does not represent in many areas what I consider to be Christian values.[/quote]
