Blake player gets up and body pushes Churchill player out of bounds with shoulder (w/arms and hands down) - aggressive and certainly non-basketball related but not yet egregious. Churchill player then chases Blake player down court and sucker punches in head as first punch. Trailing ref had view right in front of him and probably should have whistled dead at any point prior (other ref pre-occupied with ball handler). Particularly if game had been ugly already.[/quote]
