[/quote] I don't want to derail this thread, but that property looks like it's out in the sticks, and this guy seemed to have a taste for luxury. That part of Michigan has a pretty big divide between affluent and poor. Outside of cities/towns like Petoskey or Traverse City where there is a lot of affluence, it's miles and miles of woods and fields, dotted by modest to shabby single homes sitting alone on several acres. There is a lot of natural beauty and a lot of isolation. You simply can't compare it to here. [/quote]
