I'm very unhappy with MCPS's response (in the opposite direction of most people here). But a perfect response from MCPS would make about a 5% difference in outcomes, if I'm being generous. With 70% of outcomes determined literally by COVID biology and 25% by a better federal response. Plus, a perfect MCPS response would have almost as many detractors as this terrible one. [/quote]
