[/quote] I don't know where you eat, but I have no interest in talking to you. I work in European cafe and people come there to talk to each other not the servers. We have no time to talk to customers as it is busy as heck. My tips don't depend on talking; they depend on me moving fast. There are customers who tip more if I talk less, move fast and anticipate their needs without having to say anything. I like them a lot. I don't expect 20% because we get a lot of elderly folks, students and tourists. [/quote]
