Hi coach. You can only say what you’re saying so consistently based on one thing: insight. You are aware “best players on old teams left” because you coach there and are actively on these boards. I can give you my insight, since my son is a player with an SYC MLS Next team (not in high school). The older teams do so poorly and so much more poorly because of the development. SYC is good at little kid soccer. It’s route 1 stuff. But once a player goes through puberty and starts to understand the game, that’s when SYC development stops.

Do I think swapping a patch helps makes them compete? No, but the teams recruited a lot of players to compensate for players that leave to better clubs. If you spent half as much time coming up with some type of plan, you wouldn’t have to make social media posts, or be on DCUM forum.[/quote]
