Force the 9 year old to carry the baby and then have CPS immediately remove it from the home? Would the 9 year old and her baby both be removed from the home? If so, would they be sent to the same foster home or would they be separated? If you are in favor of these laws, you need to come up with real life solutions. This is beyond the pale.[/quote]
